This is where we meet with you to tour your home and get to understand your needs. The focus is on making this transaction as stress free as possible for YOU!

STAGING YOUR HOME
Presentation is Key! We work with what you have and bring in some fresh extras such as artwork, pillows, throws, flowers, and homey touches that make buyers feel that this is the home for them! We have a lot of inventory that we use to make this happen at no cost to YOU! Check out some of our before and after photos

REVIEW OFFERS & NEGOTIATE
We listen to your needs at our Meet & Greet so we understand the most important things that will make this transaction as smooth as possible for YOU! We convey that to buyers' agents so they incorporate those items in their offers.
4.
CONGRATS YOU'RE UNDER CONTRACT!
We have a fabulous Closing Coordinator, Tammy McCorkle, who joins us to help make this transaction flow smoothly. Again, we are focused on helping YOU…negotiating repairs that might have been found on inspection reports or appraisal issues that may arise.
